Hiya :)

I looked at that abstract and the author's name "Halper" struck a note with me.

I did some digging... J(une) Halper is the current director of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CSMS).

The CSMS is does a great many things, one of which to produce the NARCOMS patient registry.

Here's a link to a write-up on Ms. Halper as well as the CSMC.

Perhaps contacting them, will get you closer to the full article.
