I got the vaccine Friday last, got sick with a heavy cold on Saturday. Now am on antibiotics as the cold turned into a chest infection!
Arrghh!
Still though, better to be immune from flu than not. Just hope they got it right this year.

I had a terrible reaction - spiked a fever and had violent shivers for two hours. I took Rebif that night though and assumed it was the mixture of the two that did it.
