Wow, Cure, that's a powerful image! A few years ago the UK MS Society ran a print campaign which consisted of a single black and white photograph. It was of a naked person's back, and the spine had been torn out – simple but very powerful – I find these images very emotive, but I'd be interested to find out how the general public reacts,

The "course" in this case being the autoimmune theory of multiple sclerosis.
