strange isn't it, that it's not on the bottles of magnesium, and vonner have to add their own caution labels. i also wonder why mg's not a bigger player in the over the counter laxative market. maybe because it's rather pronounced, shall we say hehehe

sounds like this reply of mine on the urine issue is moot at this stage, perhaps, but i'm glad you're getting some relief and don't have to worry about loosening up the BMs
