I know there are various products on the market now using glucosamine as a supplement. My question is, what effects does glucosamine have and is it beneficial?

Hi Matt,

in the "drug pipeline" forum you can search for the term "glucosamine" and you will find some positive research posts about it.

I do not have personal experiences but some people here do already try NAG (n-acetyl glucosamine).
As far as I know non has reported an immediate positive change.
