One of the defining characteristics of MS is that the speed of repair cannot keep up with the speed of damage. If this discovery can tip the balance the other way, then it looks like good news indeed!
If this could be regarded as the "on" switch for repair, then finding a way to dismantle old scar tissue would make a devastating combination against MS,
