Hello Ioanna, or better Melina which one you prefer, from Greece Dimitris here from Thessaloniki!
Although your first post in wrong topic welcome abroad!
Stay optimistic and don't worry for your English, mine are by far the worst around.
By the way if you like to help yourself pay attention to regimens that many people follow especially some basics as vitamin D is and search about Best Bet Diet.

Hi Ioanna,

Welcome to the board, sorry to hear about your diagnosis but now that you know what you have you can fight it,so stay positive!

Have a look around at the various threads and you will definitely find some useful information-there's too much so don't be overwhelmed, take your time in absorbing the information.

Good luck and try to stay clear of the riots in Greece :-)

Yannis (from Athens,living abroad)

Ioannamelina,

Welcome to this fiendly board. You will get a lot of help, as long as you want to get it. Best medicine (by far) is faith. You have to choose to what.
Keep strong.

Good to hear from you :)

Hi & welcome to the board. Sorry about your diagnosis but I hope that it helps you to move forward! At least now you know you have MS you have a response when people think you are drunk because of your walking! I also walk like a drunk person more often than not!

Your english is fine. Far better than my Greek! :D
