i had carpal tunnel not tendonitis. i had to start videotaping my lectures. also now when i use the computer i place it well back from the edge of the desk and support my entire forearm.
i guess it was maybe a b vitamin problem - i'd been slacking for a while there, and that's what they say is potentially useful for carpal tunnel. i still have a pinched nerve in there though and i wish i knew what percentage of my hand numbness was from that!
for your case i would think about doing a short term boost of the anti-inflammatory nutrients that are also suspect in ms. like d3 and magnesium and zinc. i know, broken record
