did one of the little cups and thought I would get some rest, but did one more about three hrs later and wow watch out. got my legs kicking like i had fire ants all over me. about 1 am i took 2 tylenol pm's and never did my head hit the pillow. finally went to the dr. sat. and he gave me a z-pac and this inhaler also durahist (i think). bad little cold. :wink:
