it is bad in my legs, will it stop getting worse or continue till it is constant?

Hi Robbie -

My legs have severe spasticity too. when my legs are not spazzing like straight as a board...won't bend at the knee and sometimes not being able to sit up 90* ...then one will go into colonus and if i am w/company i will tell them i am not doing this on purpose. Sometimes i have been able to stop the colonus by pressing down my leg & knee towards the ground and it will slowly stop.

regardless it alll stinks :evil:

I still have a bit of it but the thing that helped me the most was lower leg stretching. It felt good too.

I have had this too now for about 2 months and it has subsided a little. I was told on here to push my heel into the floor to stop it and it works! Thank you to offered that advice.

works most of the time westwood, i can always get it to stop it just seems that it happens with every movement i make more and more, their are so many symptoms of ms.

some days i have very little core strenth also (brutal)
