Schlesinger Associates is a national marketing research company. We are
contacting you because you have signed up with us in the past to share
your opinions on a variety of topics. We are inviting multiple
sclerosis patients to participate in a telephone interview. The
interview will last approximately 45-minutes.

The interviews will be held:
Wednesday, January 26th through Friday, February 11th

Participants in this study will be compensated $100 for their time and
opinions. If you are interested in participating in this study, please

study, you will be called to complete your screening.
