Hi
the time has come for me to occasionally use ISC. To be honest I don't think the situation has got worse, just I am more open-minded about using ISC now.
I will only be using it occasionally I hope, and just before I go to bed - that's when the 'can't empty my bladder and end up going 25 times before bed' routine normally starts!
If any of you are veteran ISC-users, particularly women, I'd love to hear your experiences, do's and dont's, advice etc. There are great articles on the web but it's more to hear from people! If you prefer to PM me that's great to.
Thanks in advance.

No-one is self-catheterising?
Any help/advice appreciated.

I know that it's been discussed before. Have you tried searching the forums? Use the search link at the top of the page (not the one in the left sidebar) and be sure to select "Display results as: Posts" as the Topics will automatically be selected but can make it hard to find what you're looking for.

Thanks NHE
it's weird how little there is on the forums when you search. Lots of discussions about bladder symptoms and such, but only a couple that mention intermittant self-catheterisation for women.............again - if any of you are using ISC to help nocturia (voiding at night) I'd really love to hear from you. Please private message me if you'd prefer not to reply to the thread. My appointment has been delayed for another 2 weeks so I still haven't started it yet.
Thanks
