I don't think my Neuro is comortable with prescribing Sativex, but I have heard that Marinol helps some people with spasticity problems. I'm anxious to know if it has helped anyone here.

I have decided not to try the THC or medical marijuana route for now, as I have heard a lot of complaints of cognitive trouble arising from it. Since I am having some trouble with Brain Fog, I don't want to chance making it worse. My state is a Medical Marijuana state, and I was going to make sure and do it according to the legalities here. I don't smoke and wanted to try an oral route. If my Brain Fog lifts, I may try it later because I want to do everything I can to help ensure that painful muscle spasms don't come back.
