The rules of MS club

A board where people can laugh about their day to day experiences with MS, to combat some of the stress that goes with this illness.

The rules of MS club

Postby Zyklon » Tue Jul 11, 2017 3:40 pm

1) Normal is not optimal
2) Normal IS NOT optimal
3) If you don't take care of yourself the fight is over
4) Fights will go on as long as they have to
5) If this is your first relapse at MS CLUB, you HAVE to fight

Pain! You made me a, you made me a believer, believer
Pain! You break me down, you build me up, believer, believer
Pain! Oh let the bullets fly, oh let them rain
My life, my love, my drive, it came from... Pain!

You may be missing one rule, 'there is no normal!'

I agree but %99 people thinks staying in the range is "normal". The rules are for newbies :)

oh gawd more d3 and b12 alone - oh well! i try.
odd sx? no dx? check w/ dietitian
DRI=MINIMUM eg bit.ly/1vgQclQ
99% don't meet these. meds/lifestyle can affect levels
status can be low in ms & other cond'ns
'but my results are normal'. typical panels don't test all
deficits occur in 'normal' range

Cofactors is a lie of supplement industry :p All you need is D3 and B12 alone for maximum absorption. Don't even eat fruits. You will see the results in days :D

so true! and you only need to print out a page saying d3 and b12 (preferably in orange - ideally RGB 255, 192, 0 if you can find it), cut out the letters, and hold the slips under your tongue. it's magic!!
