I believe that a holistic, mind/body approach is key in MS treatment. The immune system is overreacting to something. Cutting out gluten, dairy and sugar are important to stop inflammation. Yoga type stretching is excellent. Cutting out processed foods. Use coconut oil and consume organic foods. These are simple things to do everyday if you cannot find an Ayurvedic place.
Another important issue is stress management. And not keeping in negative emotions. I hope your son gets better.
