Kayce, you have found an understanding and supportive community here at ThisIsMS. We welcome you and encourage you to ask any questions you may have. We are unique individuals with our own unique ideas on MS. Most of us agree that a healthy diet is important (to some of us that means a diet without sugar or artificial sweeteners; to me it means a no-carb diet as much as possible – no white potatoes, no white bread, no white rice, etc.). I think the diet recommendations of Dr. Terry Wahls (http://www.TerryWahls.org) show great promise. All my best to you.

Why are you in hospital? Wouldn't you feel happier at home with support?
You can write to me whenever..............Do you have a laptop?

NHE already spoke to you about this problem.
TiMS is very tolerant about links to other sites but when you do it without joining the conversation you're on thin ice here.

general-discussion-f1/topic39.html#p14518
>> Repetitive links to a particular site will send up a red flag. Though there are certainly exceptions where doing so might make sense, if the particular link can already be easily found, why constantly post it? All posts are archived (we do not as yet "prune" older information) and thus readily available with a quick search. Therefore the posting of redundant information is akin to forum spam, and will result in the permanent banning of the link in question.
