I would like to talk to other people with MS as I dont know anybody else who has if and I'm finding it a bit hard at the moment. Are there any local groups close to where I live?

I suggest you update your personal profile to indicate where you live as well as other personal info you wish to share with the MS community.

MS makes life difficult but you can still get things done and live life. I am now retired and I got a lot done. I wish I could have had the energy to enjoy living more.
