Hi everyone, diagnosed in March 2012 with MS 49 year old male, still very active played basketball Thuesday (1 hr), played Tennis this morning (2hrs). I'm doing my best to stay physically active, just started cop yesterday. I just want to stay active.

Hi Dburn, & welcome! Staying active is the best thing you can do, so go for it!

Dx'd with MS & HNPP (hereditary peripheral neuropathy) 7/03 but must have had MS for 30 yrs before that. I've never taken meds for MS or MS symptoms except 1 yr experiment on LDN. (I found diet, exercise, sleep, humor, music help me the most.)
