Hi

22-year old diagnosed may 2011. I'm not a fan of CRAB's, and don't take any of the injections.

I really want to find good resources to better understand my condition, and the best way to treat myself symptomatically. I'm not interested in learning to suppress or change my immune system, but to find the best way of nourishing my body so that it can take care of itself. Am i in the right place?

hi! and, yes you are in the right place.

(and in doing so, you will change your immune system's behaviour.. if you're like most other ms patients, your immune system needs a 'boost' to its natural suppressive systems in order to function properly).

what was the rationale for avoiding shellfish, iima?

a little reading, if you're interested: regimens-f22/topic2489.html#p15460

it was meant as a joke, but an allergy screen says it's not good for me.
