This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

Hello All!
My nickname is Q so that's what you can call me.
I am 24 years old, female. For the past 6 months I've been having muscle pain stiffness and weakness. I've also been having problems with my vision. Spots, lights, etc. noticed that my weakness and vision problems are mostly on my right side (my dominant side). I don't have much energy and I get numbness and tingling in my hands/feet sometimes. Been noticing bladder problems as well.
Had an EMG. Nothing wrong with my peripheral nerves. waiting for a neuro appointment at the end of next month. I honestly just want to know what's wrong with me. So far I've really only one to my GP.
As you can tell by my scatter-brained post I've also been having cognitive issues. Just want to have some answers and maybe finally get some help.

Anyway. I'm sure I forgot some stuff but that's ok.
