hi and welcome.

re managing it naturally, nutrient dense foods and potentially some supplements can help correct nutrient imbalances common to ms patients. limiting intakes of antinutrients can also be important where applicable.

exercise in moderation helps. too much, and you can deplete important essential nutrients.

to date, i do not use any drugs personally. others here will be able to provide that kind of information though.

what are your signs/symptoms, and which tests have you had done so far, specifically? have you been taking any medications or supplements long term?
odd sx? no dx? check w/ dietitian
DRI=MINIMUM eg bit.ly/1vgQclQ
99% don't meet these. meds/lifestyle can affect levels
status can be low in ms & other cond'ns
'but my results are normal'. typical panels don't test all
deficits occur in 'normal' range
