ThisisMS respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to helping third parties protect their rights. Our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities prohibits users from posting content that violates another party's intellectual property rights. When we receive a valid notice of IP infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Protecting Other People's Rights
We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
- You will not post content or take any action on This is MS that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
- We can remove any content or information you post on This is MS if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.
- If we remove your content for infringing someone else's copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we may provide you with an opportunity to appeal.
