This, no doubt, is a popular question.
I would think the LDN website would say. I'll keep looking for an answer on that site and around here.
I took it with dinner and am not ready for bed just yet.
Thank you

If I recall well; it is usually taken about 21:30-22:30 ??

I take it ~19:00 and go to bed around midnight. And it does fine for me.

Thanks. :)

I did find on another website, that in the USA, not before 9 during fall/winter and not before 10 in spring/summer.

Wow... never know what I'm going to learn! I've been on LDN for quite a while now and I was told to take it right before I went to bed, so that's what I do regardless of what time it is. I read somewhere that if you take it too early you might experience problems falling to sleep.

Well, this just shows that I need to revisit what I THINK I know and take the time to find out what's correct!

Whatever works for ya.
I don't fall asleep too long after 9 or 10 myself, anyway.
