--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello,
I am 39, diagnosed in 2000. I have not taken any drugs, although Rebif was advised. There was not enough data at the time and it was a crap shoot or leap of faith I wasn't prepared to take. I don't know that my choices have been good or not by not having gone on any drugs? Who knows! I recognize these drugs have helped many people with MS. I take a lot of homeopathic remedies and vitamin supplements and try to eat well. Have been off dairy for 12 years. I know MS is different for everyone and we are all in various stages. I will be introducing wheat and glutten free to my diet next, as many have said it made a huge difference. Since 2000 I have experienced a few things, but nothing severe. But now I have had an attack in July in my legs and torso area - numbness and difficulty walking. Through acupuncture, massages, chiropractic, homeopath remedies and plenty of rest, I was 99% better after 3 weeks. Now 2 months later my upper body (arms) are numb and I am dropping things out of left hand. I am going to neorologist in November to see what options I need to explore and will inquire about LDN. I have been lucky and doing well, but I now my MS appears to be taking another direction! Through my local MS capter, I was given a book last week called Up the creek with a paddle. I am very curious to learn more about LDN if anyone is using this and how it is working. From what I have read so far, it seems to be working well and it may be worth exploring. I think at this point I need to open myself up to all options available! The author of that book referred me to the LDN Yahoo website. I have been amazed at the communications and postive experiences shared by many. I am connecting with many people and trying to gain as much knowledge as possibile about LDN. If anyone has experiences to share (good or bad) I would be very interested in hearing from you. Thanks, Lisa

Hi, Lisa.

I've been on LDN for 2 weeks. So far, no change. I figure I'll give it a couple of months. If still no change for the better, I'll move on.

I'm interested to know more about your supplementation & homeopathy regimen.

Hi Jake,
I know from what I have read that there are people taking many supplements. I am sure I could add some! I will get a list of everything I take from my naturopath and email it to you. I take EFA, Multi B, + b12 liquid, unbleached Lecethin, probiotics, - all high potency-Vitamin D on a regular basis. I will get the homeopathic names/products to you. There only a few I have taken. Seems to have worked so far, but now I am concerned with this last episode. I would like to know how you are feeling with the recent introduction of LDN. What has been your history with MS.
Lisa
