Location: North Oregon Coast
No special diet. Just my own combination of BBD and Swank and my own common sense which sometimes goes astray. Probably what had me down a bit. Ate a few things that I normally don't eat when eating out with some friends. Then a birthday party. Add a little too much fun. Stress and thats what ya get. Staying positive and will prevail. LDN does seem to work for some so I keep watching for more info. Peace Mark
