I forgot to take my LDN last night. What will happen if I take it during the day?

HDragon - there are differing opinions on this. I would suggest you wait until the following night to resume taking the LDN. Look on the LDN.org website for further information.

I forgot AGAIN so I just decided to go for it and take it in the daytime. I did get quite sleepy (which also just could be due to my MS related fatigue) and I slept for 2+ hours in the middle of the day. I felt like I could've slept for much longer.
