Is there something like a cooling pad you can sleep on during the night? I guess it would resemble an oversized icepack you can lay on. I can't seem to aquire a comfortable sleeping enviroment. I'm always hot!

I don't know about any giant ice packs but I am seriously considering getting a free standing hammock for myself. although my GF is very against separate beds.

I have seen many mattress toppers out there now most come adjustable with heat and cool luiqid I have not purchased one but it looks like prices are 400 and up for decent ones.

I have seen that there are fans that pull the cooler air from under the bed and blow it under the sheets. I think Brookstone sells a few. Might help.

Do a search for a "chillow". Helps to keep your pillow cool.
