i tried it years ago, well decades ago. it was a passing phase. lots of raw is great (i'm about to eat a GIANT salad - yummmm). but all raw, i suspect not quite as great. it's my understanding that some nutrients are actually made more available via cooking.
my approach: no meds so far - just nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory whole foods, and supplements where needed
