I need help with some vitamins. I work 45-60 hours most week and am lucky to get a drive-thru meal once a day. It is very hard to eat right (if at all) most days for me. My husband lost his job earlier in the year and recently found a much lower paying job so the over time will have to continue indefinitely. I was on a vitamin drink (from reading other post I am scared to mention it's name even though I really wish I could afford it. It was awesome! And made me feel so much better.) but it is really expensive and an impossiblity for us at this point. I have absorbtion problems so pills are not really an option. My Dr. has mentioned injections of B12 (because of my deficiency) that is not really something I want to do, mainly because I am taking Rebif and 3 painful injections a week is my personal limit. I have been taking liquid gels of vitamin d and b 12. I know this is not ideal but I am at a lost for what else to do. I thought about going to like GNC or somewhere but they don't really know about MS and my Dr. just says I need to find something or injections are it. I was hoping for suggestions because a life style change is just not in the cards right now. I need my body to keep going over time for at least a while longer. I actually have drank a convenience store energy drink the last two days because I just have no energy and I HAVE to go to work. If I lose my job I lose my PPO and that is not an option. I admit to this just to get the point across that any suggestions are welcome at this point. Thanks!

P.S. After work today, I do have 2 whole days off to rest so maybe that will help. I just know that lack of sleep and rest are not the only reason for this lethargy. I have learned that when you feel this way there is an underlying cause and I do need to address it.

Have you looked into sublingual B12 in the form of methylcobalamin?

Here are some examples from Vitacost. I have no idea about the different brands or dosages.
