I have found (through a new company who seemingly is developing such remedy fom Canada) this research article from Tokyo University in 2010, showing that Chen-pi (basically dry orange skin) remyelinates powerfully the CNS in vitro, and advices for future clinical trials in vivo... anyone heard about this? It may be called Chen-pi in chinese, or Chinpi, in japanese
