I've had MS since 1991 and here's what works for me:
1. Aerobic exercise (brisk walking and jogging) five days and week and weight lifting three days a week.
2. Stretching - the neurologists send me to physical therapy every now and then to learn any needed stretching exercises. Stretching is awesome. (I had hopes of being sent to physical therapy for massage but, alas, that did not materialize. Nope, it was more work. LOL)
The combination of these two things keep me in good shape. I did a web site on other stuff I do too. It is at http://intelligentguidetoms.wordpress.com
. The other things don't apply directly to stiffness but are just part of my overall wellness program.
