Sleep problems

Again I am starting to have sleep issues. Last night I woke up at 2am. Like as if someone had poured cold water on me. I have taken all the sleep meds but they only work for me on a temp basis. Question

I having been getting hives for about a month now. I am going to see an alergy specialist next week. I wanted to know if anyone who has MS has gotten hive. I have changed nothing like meds, shampoo detergent, etc. They just come and go. Today one on my lip. Friday night my chin . Last week my left shoulder and both hips. Just out of the blue. Still learning about this disease

So today, I woke up, felt pretty good. 3pm, I get this burning in both sides of my face, under my eyes to my top row of gums. It's so bad, I consider going to the hospital (was making my eyes burn, and I had no fever).

By 5pm it was beginning to go away. 6 pm, gone. 8 pm... coming back.

Is this honestly what MS can do?? I have not began my DMD ...

Driving

Next weekend I am going to my first ever driver's ed class. Finally, at 28, I decided it's time to get 'er done.

But now I am terrified, because a month ago I had my second attack of vertigo in a year. I am so scared that it will happen again while I am driving. 8O

10 minute survey about the psychological impact of MS

Hello,

We are conducting a research study about the psychological impact of living with MS. It is a short 10 minute questionnaire normally completed over the phone and for which we will pay an incentive of 30 Euro for your time.

We have already nearly finished our study, having completed 43 interviews of the 50 required. We require another 7 MS sufferers in Denmark to complete our survey.

got an award!

have been freaking a bit about school finances, but just discovered today that about 25% of last term's tuition, which i thought was still owing and never mind the upcoming spring term, has been paid!
it seems like a very long time back, i submitted an essay for an academic perseverance award, and apparently it came through on april 4th!

The Blues strike again ....

The hospital has rejected my application for subsidy for my Rebif injections :( . From now on I have to pay the full US$ 1,705.41 every month in order for me to continue my treatment. That will leave me with just US$73 after deducting that amount frm my salary. :(
