http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/8490937.stm

Taking a daily fish oil capsule can stave off mental illness in those at highest risk, trial findings suggest.

"Sugar – the Great 'Food' Deceiver" article

As most of us probably do, I have spent recent hours cruising the Internet. With my interest in insulin (specifically, the excess insulin resulting from insulin resistance), you will not be surprised that I found the following article, Sugar – the Great "Food" Deceiver, and think it has much information relative to MS:

http://www.stangardnermd.com/2009/02/01 ... -deceiver/

Now, let’s talk about what happens with sugar or refined carbohydrates after they ...

Is dairy really bad for you?

I work out and love dairy foods. I also have protein powders that contain dietary protein in it. Are these bad?

Also I take creatine which I hear is good for MS patients. Any info on that?

Ann Boroch was in her twenties and disabled she was diagnosed with ms.

She has A book ok "healing Multiple Sclerosis" which she did through an anti Candida diet removing toxins from her body

Now replace the word "Multiple Sclerosis" from the book title the replace it with "Candida" and it all begins to make sense.

Take a look at u-tube clip and make up your own minds.

Low Carb?

I've been looking into what sort of diet changes I need to make, and am considering going low carb. I've done Atkins in the past and don't want to go as extreme as the induction phase of that. Something more along the lines of meat, some fats, lots of veggies on the low-mid-glycemic range some occasional fruit, and skip starches and sugars (including the artificial stuff) altogether. When I eat a normal diet, I am ...
