NABILONE - Have you tried it for pain relief?

My older brother has chronic back pain (does not have MS) and is using this drug with some success. I have been doing research and it appears some with MS pain do well on it. As there can be some serious side effects (like most prescription drugs) and it can be habit forming, I am hesitant but considering trying it to see if I experience any pain relief. Starts a dendritic cell trial adapted to MS

The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) has approved the first clinical trial of a specific antigen therapy based on dendritic cells adapted for patients with MS and NMO, (also called Devic's disease).

MS patients try a long list of things to slow or reverse the march of our disease. How do we know what's working and what isn't? EDSS is a crude metric that measures changes over years - but many don't have the patience to continue with things that may or may not have an impact.
