Phase I trial data for remyelinating antibody in MS released

Acorda Therapeutics has today announced safety and tolerability data from a Phase 1 clinical trial of rHIgM22, a remyelinating antibody being studied for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. Neuropathy Treatment Group--I.D.--Wes Jones -President

Has anybody tried these pills for neuropathy treatment? Has it been beneficial or not ?
It seems as these pills are different vitamin B forms `ramped up` and into one pill.
Does anybody think that this might be harmful for MS patients to take due to the fact that it might be a immune enhancer? :roll:

Seroquel, to remyelinate?

The Drug, Seroquel, is being tested for remyelination, in mice with EAE.
I am taking this drug, and hating it. A web search for Seroquel multiple sclerosis turned this up.
Silver lining, maybe?
