Gilenya, or Fingolimod, is the first approved oral disease modifying drug for MS.

I'm switching to gilenya and I'm scared help please

So if i was on copaxone and it didn't work, and I switched to tecfidera only to get new enhanced lesions, and my dr is suggesting gilenya is that because there's a pattern in people who reject medications that typically work better wwith gilenya? Is it worth the side effects which are a step up from my previous treatments? Please help I have to decide on the medication and I am so scared of failing ...

Does gilenya stop pot from working?

I have found huge benefits from using pot for pain and I am about to switch to gilenya and I read that it stops cannabinoids from working. This worries me because the dr said the pill could cause pain which is exactly what pot helps me with. Anyone know anything? It's embarrassing to ask but I have to.

Always a price to be paid for long term immunosuppression

I so wish that a new MS drug, preferably oral, without immunosuppression features would eventually be developed ... because we really need it.

There is always a price to be paid for long term immunosuppression.
