Hi

Bit of a weird question as it would be sold altogether with the Bioness L300, but does anyone have a Gait Sensor they want to sell for the L300?

I have tried Odstock and Bioness and found both to be helpful but Bioness was much more effective (and no wires). It's very expensive but the better of the two for me - I'd never heard of WalkAide but having googled and watched videos it looks really interesting.

Can this device be purchased or tried out in Ireland? ...

WalkAide use at 3 years

It has been about three years since I started using the WalkAide. The first thing I mention to medical professionals is that I take more steps correctly than I do incorrectly. I re-read what I had previously written and basically the improvements are the same. I have no hip and knee pain with continued use of the WalkAide (there have been a few times where I couldn’t use the WalkAide on a daily basis and ...

Folding Mobility Scooters

Although I am lucky enough to still be able to walk with a walker or a cane, I find that my activities are becoming more limited. I need a scooter to walk longer distances. I want to get a folding scooter that I could put in my car. The Luggie is the one I hear about most but it's expensive. The Lexus Light is a little cheaper but how do they compare? Does anyone have ...

First of all don't be afraid to use one. I would follow a few helpfull hints that I can share. If you are able try and keep yourself out of a motorized chair. The proverb " use it or loose it" aplies here. If you can still use your upper body use ...
