I am going to a dual therapy approach to my PPMS starting in 2/05. It is going to be a combination of Novantrone and a daily injection of Copaxone for 6 months (until I get stabilized). Of course, I realize there is a lifetime limit I can have of Novantrone.

Has anyone done a similiar combo therapy?

If you are how has it affected you? Some neuros are trying to convince me and some are against it. I'm truly oncerned about the cardiac toxicity. :?:

So far so good for me......I have had my first novatrone treatment back in September of this year. I was quite sick for 10 days but then I've doing awsome. In May I was upgraded to worsening r/r due to my mri lighting up like a xmas tree :cry: I was on Betaseron but was having too many strong attacks too often. Since the ...

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for Novantrone to have any effect? My daughter has had three doses over the past three months and is to have one injection every three months for the next year to 18 months. She has very aggressive MS abd has been in sharp decline for 2 years and so far teh Novantrone has shown no effect/

There seems to be a lot of discussion about Avonex, Rebif .... and of course LDN... but I don't see much about Novantrone.

I am considering using it ... and was wondering about some folks experiences with it. I've spent some time in 'the newsgroups' looking up some post from folks... and can get some info there.

I noticed on one of the surveys "What Therapy are you using" we had about 30 folks saying ...

I am trying to get info on Novantrone & LDN, does anyone know of anyone or anyplace to find info on the aspects of these two and thier interaction?

The person I care for has had 3 treatments of low dose Novantrone, and we are now going to stop this toxin and try LDN, what I am wonderin is if the results of the Novantrone and what it does to the body are long lasting ...

iI HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING LDN AND AM CURRENTLY ON NOVANTRONE TREATMENTS. ALL THE 'MEDICAL' INFO SAY THEY COUNTER EACH OTHER. HAS ANYONE HAD ANY SUCCESS OR ANY IMPROVEMENT DOING BOTH? THANK YOU, VIKKI
