A little info about daclizumab trial

From a longer news item today, there was one paragraph about the phase 2 daclizumab MS trial.

Insulin Levels Are Indeed Important

Here are two posts with recent articles relating to aging, both of which reference the significance of lowering insulin levels/lowering insulin resistance. THe second one talks about possible drugs, including a readily available supplement derived from red wine which ay be of interest. THESE ARE LONG ARTICLES. I think a lot of people will have read them, but wanted to post just in case.

Cycling Good For Spasticity ?

On some thread I think you said you wanted to get rid of your spasticity.

This abstract suggests cycling (no resistance) might help with spasticity.
This provides converging evidence for the anti-spastic potential of acute unloaded leg cycling in individuals with MS.

I tried it when I had spasticity and found the spasticity lessened significantly after about 10 minutes on the machine.

My spasticity seems to be history for the moment ...

Just found out I'm pg, what amount of vits to take?

I'm just delighted, found out I'm pg. Was on Copaxone, but had a hunch I was pg so I gave it up about 6 days after conception, so I'm not worried about that.

I'm taking a general pregnancy multi vit/mineral.
But I'd also been taking 1,000 mcg Vit D - should I continue? Or is that too much during pg, does anyone know? Am taking calcium too, but I will continue that as on ...
