 Post subject: Liver functions up - coming off Rebif for 2 weeks - advice?

Hi

Had liver function results today. Liver functions up so Neuro has decided to take me off Rebif for 2 weeks to evaluate. However 2 weeks will stretch to 3 because I am back in the UK for a week before returning to Middle East.

I am worried about a relapse - any advice on how to minimise risk? I am currently in CIS stage.

Hey Everyone - So I have been on rebif for, man, like 4 or 5 years now it must be. I am only on the .22 dose, .44 was killing my liver. So on the .22 I have pretty much no side effects. However recently I started to notice something new. Not sure if it is an MS thing, or a drug thing.

I've been on Rebif for 8 months and have been experiencing pretty frequent depression and an increase in emotional outbursts. I get angrier faster, have mood swings, or just plain get more emotional than I used to before the Rebif. It's driving my hubby nuts. Sometimes I feel like the Rebif is making me lose my mind. I have had it with this drug. My hair is falling out, my head hurts, I can't sleep and the fatigue I deal with is horrible. I have been on Rebif for 2 years and wonder if I feel like this because of the drug or my MS. I feel like a shell of my former self. So I am going off the Rebif to see if it helps, I can always go back on ...

Since I done my injections this evenin, I've been havin real bad palpitations quite often....Has anyone else experienced this?
Over the last few nights also, I've had a really tight chest. I used to suffer from Asthma when I was younger but haven't needed to use an inhaler in years, I did get told the other week that I was sufferin from anxiety. Does anyone know if this is all related to MS or the ...

Hi to all - hope to not make this too long - so much on my mind 24/7.

WM 47 dx in mid July - Rebif suggested - and I got going ASAP. Starting week 6 - finished titration - no HUGE side effects so far. Shots seem easy so far. Adjusting meds and timing. May have been having a symptom or two off and on for a few years. Last two years were real ...

I've decided to take Rebif as my treatment....I didn't really have any questions racked up for when I saw the nurse with my decision but have since and wondered if any of u lot could help wiv any answers...
I wanna know how it;s gonna change my life....Will it make a difference to me drinkin? Recreational drug use? What about if I go away campin, how would I store it while I'm on a camp ...
