Nichols wasn't alone. About ...

i truly appreciate and respect all who have served.

Post subject: diagnsed with ms after 7 years
PostPosted: Wed Jul 04, 2012 5:09 pm
I was diagnosed with ms after being out of the service for 10 years. I had the symptoms after 5 years of completing my term but didn't start going to see a doctor after the 8th year. I know that you can claim disability if your diagnosed up until the 7th year. Does anyone know if there's an appeals process for the va if I get denied any help?
