Post subject: Matthew Scudder series by Lawrence Block

It's hard not to like this author or his character. Block is an Edgar Award winner as well as the Shamus Award. His writing is tight and very descriptive and this character has a dark side that's easy to like. There are a ton of books in this series and it doesn't matter whether you start at the first or just fall into the series somewhere in the middle. They're all terrific. Is anyone else into this guy?
