Well I called MSLifelines and for future reference for everyone, they do not replace a single syringe. When I was first diagnosed they seemed so helpful but the 2 times in the 3 years I've been on Rebif that I've had to call with problems they act like it's the craziest thing they've ever heard and they are almost accusative like I must've done something wrong. Kind of annoying. Maybe I've just gotten the wrong representatives or something. It's not as if I'm calling them every week with imaginary problems. I guess it bugged me and I need to just let it go. Oh well.

That sounds just like computer tech support. The first person you usually reach doesn't acutally know anything and they're just reading off of a script. There they say it's a problem with "the other company's products." Here, they're blaming it on the patient. How pathetic. Just like in tech support, it sounds like you'll have to call back and ask to speak to their manager. Hopefully that will get some response. If not, write the company a letter and CC it to a few people so that no one can deny it arrived.
