Additions to supplement list in my first post!

Post by SarahLonglands »

If you look at the first of my postings in "Anecdote's Personal treatment Regime" you will see that I have made some additions to the supplements list. These are in no way compulsory, but I have found them very beneficial, especially when you get onto the metronodizole. It means you don't have to take so much of the other supplements as well!

Sarah,

What is the suggested time frame for the antibiotic regimen?

Is six months of initial treatment then settling into the two month booster course recommended?

As always thank you for your valuable information

Hello Redd, David is recommending one year and then boosters every two months at the moment. This is if you take his full regime, including roxithromycin, which has the advantage over azithromycin as the second antibiotic.

Take care,

Sarah :)
