in addition to your supplement, maybe you can devise some sort of plot to assist with healthy eating throughout the day. such as preparing a large batch of something on the weekend and then freezing leftover portions for use later in the week.
also certain salads hold up all right over time - cole slaw, tabbouli, greek salad, fruit salad, even tuna salad or potato salad, that kind of thing.
having a little supply of trail mix on hand could help too, one with a nice blend of nuts, seeds, dried fruit and a little dark chocolate (just to junk it up a little, but in a best case scenario kind of way)!
and, speaking of standing. I do recall in some of my less fine periods resorting to doing food prep while sitting at the kitchen table. can really help!
