Hi, I have been on Rebif for 2 months after being diagnosed with RRMS. I was told I am allergic to Rebif and need to try a new med. Can anyone tell me what differences they have found from Rebif to one of the other's?

Thanks,

Samantha

Hi Samantha,
I was on Betaseron, initially. I had to switch to Copaxone because of elevated liver enzymes. I've been on Copaxone for 4 years. I have found it to be easier for me. I experienced flu-like reactions when I injected the Betaseron. I don't have any reaction like that to Copaxone. I have had some lipoatrohy (indentions at the injection site) which Copaxone is known to do to some people. Other than that it has worked well for me. Good luck with your new med, whatever it may be!
