For those of you taking this, how much do you take per day? In the study that Zamboni was part of, I think they were using 1 g/day. As the pills I have are 250 mg, they will go pretty quick at that dosage.

Hi Patient-
Jeff takes 1.5g a day. We buy the Jarrow Formula quercetin, which are 500mg. capsules. He takes one capsule 3x a day (10am/1pm/4pm) along with one capsule of EGCG (350mg) to get thru the "rough" time of his day when he used to need a nap. This combo is what Lance Armstrong is selling in his new energy drink. Take it apart from food, since it is a chelator.

We do use Jarrow Quercetin Cheer but wife takes 2X500mg as it is quite toxic in high quantities and I am not sure for prolonged use what it may cause her!

Hubby's 6'2" tall, 195 lbs....so I'm not too worried. But if he was smaller, he'd take less.
