Rebif AND Lipitor are a possible NO-NO! I was personally on both, and when I stopped rebif, I noticed improvements.

hiya bubba i don't know about pharma products but as to your supplement and exercise regimen it looks like a great start.
magnesium and zinc are important for ms-ers, especially when taking d3 and calcium.
take some of your daily magnesium with the d3 and calcium, and some of it at a different time. 250-300mg magnesium citrate (2 per day) should be good.
zinc is important for about a million different things. 25-50mg per day, and you're aiming for a serum level of 18 umol/L.
good luck!
JL

Just to build on the info Cure provided about statins and interferon, some researchers feel that the combination of a statin with copaxone might be a good thing. I know you were considering copaxone as a potential option...

hi bubba, in that case just take one of those 500mg ones per day, at a different time than your d3 and calcium. i think you'd regret it if you took 1000mg of magnesium in one day!

pfft it's not a waste of time!! neuro needs to go run some pubmed searches on mag, spasticity, and dysphagia, and then on zinc, uric acid, and ms!! or sign up on here and have a nice little argue with us :) hehehe
i would still be drowning in my own spit every day, and unable to take a full breath if that wise pharmacist hadn't turned me onto magnesium a year and a bit back - and all the while my blood mag test was fine. :P that reminds me - i have to see if i've got the right mag assay on my latest lab req form!
keep up the good work bubs :)
