It looks like the closest place to you would be Hopkins in Baltimore (I think the only other place is Rush in Chicago). Give their MS center a call, and they can give you details. Chris has posted contact info before, but if want to send me a PM, I can give it to you. Even though it's been posted here before, I don't like posting specific names and numbers.

First you have to want it! Sounds like you do! Research it like crazy, so you know what is going to happen.
Make a choice of how you want it. John Hopkins you are in the hospital for 4 days to get the chemo, then IPOP. (in patient /out patient care) you stay at a hotel nearby. At RUSH University Medical Center you are hospitalized the entire time.
My neuro says they are doing the treatment in Rhode Island, I don't know about that. I do have a friend that had the protocol of JH followed by her doctors in Dallas. You can friend me on facebook, or check to see if my email is on my profile, I don't remember...LOL
