I was shopping for a used Bioness Ness L300 but was just informed from a Bioness rep that (1) he cannot do the custom programming of the unit for me (which is required to make it work right), and (2) I won't be able to purchase the ongoing supplies needed for the unit (electrodes and batteries).

He seems like an honest person and was genuinely sorry he wouldn't be able to help out. He knows I can't afford the $6200 to buy the unit but saw how much it helped me when I tried it with him.

If this rep isn't telling me the truth please let me know!

The phrase "like new" typically implies that an item is not new.
