I knew it would be, lesson learned don't ever disagree with a mod!
It's really baloney when a mod deletes posts, especially when they are not doing a good job really moderating posts that should be deleted!

^ again, I 100% agree with you ... it's getting really out of control, the manipulation of words,

Just keep posting, most people read it before it gets deleted anyway

my approach: no meds so far - just nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory whole foods, and supplements where needed

The thread wasn't deleted. I moved it to the support forum where discussion of topics relating to the day-to-day operation of ThisIsMS is more appropriate.
